About ZRD — Custom Medical Equipment Enclosure Manufacturer

ZRD (Zhongrongda) is a China-based manufacturer specializing in custom enclosures for medical and beauty devices. For more than 10 years, we have helped OEMs, equipment developers, and engineering teams take enclosure projects from first prototype to production — covering design review, vacuum forming, injection molding, CNC trimming, surface finishing, and assembly. If you are looking for a manufacturing partner who understands internal interfaces, display openings, connectors, and service panels — not just the outer shell — you are in the right place.

Why Global Clients Trust ZhongRongDa

Our Precision Manufacturing & Custom Enclosure Solutions

ZRD focuses on one thing: building equipment enclosures that are ready toassemble. That means we think beyond the outer surface – to the displayopenings, connector positions, ventilation, mounting interfaces, and servicepanels that decide whether an enclosure works on the real product.

  • Enclosure-First Engineering: We review drawings from the enclosure’s pointof view – structure, assembly sequence, material behavior, and how eachopening and interface affects the finished device.

  • One Manufacturing Partner: Vacuum forming, injection molding, CNC trimming, surface finishing, printing, and assembly are handled in-house, so theprototype that was approved is the product that ships.

  • Honest Quality Boundaries: We inspect what we can measure. Criticaldimensions, openings, surfaces, and trial assembly are verified against yourdrawings and approved samples, and the results are documented.

Why Medical Equipment Manufacturers Work With ZRD

Direct Engineering Communication

Questions about drawings, interfaces and manufacturing risks are handled within the project workflow instead of being separated from production.

Enclosure-Focused Project Support

The project is reviewed as a complete enclosure system around the internal equipment, rather than as a collection of unrelated machined parts.

Multiple Processes Under One Workflow

Prototype manufacturing, forming, molding, CNC trimming, finishing and assembly can be coordinated through one project team when included in the agreed scope.

Support for Large and Complex Housings

We work on panel sets and housings where size, curved surfaces, openings and internal structures have to be considered together.

Prototype-to-Production Continuity

Design decisions and approved samples from the development stage can be carried into tooling, pilot production and inspection planning.

Confidential Project Handling

A mutual or customer-provided NDA can be reviewed before detailed drawings are exchanged. Permission to publish project images and product information should be agreed separately.

About Us - Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ
What is your typical lead time?
Answer: It depends on complexity and quantity. Most enclosure prototypes are completed in 1-3 weeks; pilot and low-volume production is typically 3-6 weeks. We confirm timing in the quotation.
+ What file formats do you accept?
Answer: STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, XT, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF, and ZIP packages. If you only have a sketch or an early CAD file, send it—our engineers will review and advise.
+ Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Answer: No fixed MOQ. We support single prototypes, pilot runs, and volume production of the same enclosure.
+ Can you work from a concept instead of finished drawings?
Answer: Yes. Many projects start with a rough concept or reference product. We review the enclosure structure, propose materials and processes, and support 3D modeling and DFM review before anything is built.
+ Can you sign an NDA?
Answer: Yes. Request an NDA when you submit your project, or email sales@zrdmfg.com before sending confidential files.
+ Do you export and communicate in English?
Answer: Yes. We work with equipment manufacturers in Europe, North America, and Asia, and all engineering communication is in English.
+ What manufacturing processes and materials do you use?
Answer: We specialize in heavy-gauge thermoforming, rapid prototyping, and CNC metal machining. We commonly process engineering plastics like ABS, PC, PMMA (Acrylic), as well as metals like aluminum and stainless steel to build complete enclosure assemblies.
+ Do you provide surface finishing and painting?
Answer: Yes, we offer a full range of custom surface finishes. This includes custom color painting, texture matching, silk-screening, anodizing, and powder coating to ensure your medical or beauty equipment looks exactly as designed.
+ How do you guarantee the quality of your enclosures?
Answer: We adhere to strict quality control standards. Every project undergoes a thorough review, in-process monitoring, and a final dimensional and cosmetic inspection before shipment to ensure it meets your specific requirements.
+ How do you handle international shipping for large enclosures?
Answer: We package all enclosures securely using custom foam and wooden crates if necessary to prevent damage during transit. We work with major international couriers and freight forwarders to deliver by express, air, or sea freight directly to your facility.
